The short version

This is a digital service. Once your order is placed, all sales are final — unless there is a service defect on our end.

Service defects — when a refund applies

If we are unable to generate your video due to a technical issue on our end, or the delivered video is clearly broken or damaged, you are entitled to a remedy.

In that case, you may choose a free regeneration or a full refund — your choice.

All other cases — no refund

All other situations are not eligible for refunds. As a digital product, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase for change of mind or any reason other than a service defect.

How defect claims are handled

Contact us with your order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will verify the defect and, if confirmed, offer you a free regeneration or a full refund within 3 business days.

What is not refundable

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the service
  • Videos delivered without defects
  • Orders where incorrect information was provided (wrong email, etc.)
