If we are unable to generate your video due to a technical issue on our end, or the delivered video is clearly broken or damaged, you are entitled to a remedy.
In that case, you may choose a free regeneration or a full refund — your choice.
All other situations are not eligible for refunds. As a digital product, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase for change of mind or any reason other than a service defect.
Contact us with your order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will verify the defect and, if confirmed, offer you a free regeneration or a full refund within 3 business days.
